Saïd Business School is seeking a visionary Associate Director for Marketing Planning and Strategy to lead the strategic marketing direction of our renowned Executive Education portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate, engage and grow our impact globally across Open, Online and Custom programmes.
 
As Associate Director, you will be responsible for devising and delivering a results-driven, integrated marketing and communications strategy across our Executive Education business unit. Working at the heart of a collaborative cross-functional team, you will spearhead efforts to drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility and support both B2C and B2B engagement.
 
This is a leadership role requiring creativity, commercial awareness, digital fluency and the ability to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that support strategic goals. You will be a central figure in connecting internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute innovative marketing plans in line with the School’s values.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee execution of high-performing, data-driven campaigns for online and in-person Executive Education programmes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Experience and Central Marketing teams to create integrated, impactful campaigns.
  • Manage key relationships with EdTech partners, vendors and other academic institutions.
  • Shape compelling event and PR strategies to raise visibility and drive engagement.
  • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
You will bring extensive experience in strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, with a strong track record in both B2C and B2B contexts, particularly for online and in-person programmes. You will have proven stakeholder management skills, including work with EdTechs, vendors and partners, as well as expertise in writing briefs and marketing communications tailored to diverse audiences.
