The School is one of the leading Electronic and Electrical Engineering schools in the UK with over 100 years’ experience in both teaching and research excellence. We are in the top five in the UK for the quality of our research, and in teaching, we are ranked 1st in the UK for Electronic and Electrical Engineering in the Guardian University Guide 2025.
Working both independently and as part of a larger teaching team, you will carry out teaching or teaching-related activities such as laboratories, tutoring, marking, preparing of course materials and project supervision at undergraduate or MSc level.
With a PhD (completed or submitted by the start of the appointment) in an area of Electronic and Electrical Engineering or a closely related subject and excellent communication skills, you will have some experience of teaching or tutoring Electronic and Electrical Engineering at undergraduate level and a willingness to contribute effectively to administrative activities related to teaching.
