If you are seeking an academic career in an inspiring School of Modern Languages and Applied Linguistics that delivers excellent research, teaching, and societal impact, then the new Assistant Professor position in our School should be of interest to you. The School has an international and cosmopolitan orientation, with a research profile spanning the broad range of the discipline of French and Francophone studies. The School of Modern Languages and Applied Linguistics at UL seeks to appoint an Assistant Professor in French for a period of one year, from September 2025. The successful candidate will be involved in the full range of taught offerings in French at the university, albeit with particular focus on the Business and Education-related strands of the discipline. They will also contribute actively to the research culture of the School of Modern Languages and Applied Linguistics at UL.
