Job synopsis
EMERGE (Empowering the Margins of Europe through Regional and Global Engagement) is a European University Alliance co-ordinated by UL which brings together nine universities, united by the conviction that by working together we can better serve our students, territories and communities. The EMERGE Senior Administrator will provide administrative assistance to the EMERGE Secretary General by organising meetings, minute-taking, and working with the EMERGE Program Manager, and EMERGE Project Coordinator. The role will also support the operational and communication needs of the EMERGE Alliance and is integral to ensuring the efficient coordination of project activities, Governance meetings, and communication processes.
