Do you have significant previous experience in managing higher education courses? Are you passionate about part-time student experience? Are you able to interpret policies and data? Do you have the skill to effectively communicate to a wide range of stakeholders?
You will be leading a large team to manage successful delivery of the Global Online MBA and the MSc in Global Central Banking courses to approximately 2,000 post-experience learners based all over the world.
In this busy and varied role, you will be working within the Masters Portfolio, which delivers postgraduate level education to full- and part-time learners, both face to face and online to over 3,500 students. Providing leadership of a programme team to ensure an outstanding student experience and seamless stakeholder interactions.
You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders such as: Senior Management, Programme Teams, Academic colleagues and other groups and departments within WBS and the wider university, as well as liaising with external stakeholders.
You will have significant previous experience in higher education administration. You will be able to take a flexible approach to managing a complex workload. You will be at ease working in a fast-paced, changing environment, being able to demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work in a matrix organisational context. You will strive for excellent service levels in all you do.
The role will be primarily based at the Warwick campus but will also involve occasional travel to our London base in the Shard, as well as some international travel. There will also be occasional evening and weekend hours by prior arrangement. Therefore, ability to work flexible hours is required.
About You
We are seeking to appoint a Programmes Manager on a full-time, permanent basis with experience of providing front line support to students and managing and organising course delivery. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in managing our online taught programmes and ensuring an excellent service experience for students.

Previous experience working with part-time and/or distance learners would be advantageous.
