The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join NITE as a Senior Course Officer working closely with colleagues within NITE and across the wider institute. The successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate that they can work in a highly organised and accurate manner and will have proven excellent customer service skills.

Our teacher training programmes are growing, so the role will especially focus on providing a professional and knowledgeable response to all queries for students on these courses, whilst ensuring that operational processes are followed.

Please note that this role is based in Milton Keynes.

Our Successful Candidate

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised individual to join our team to support the work of the course operations team. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently at pace and with excellent attention to detail, and have experience of working with multiple stakeholders. They will have previous experience of working in roles related to teaching, customer service, project planning or operations. They will also have a passion for supporting colleagues and for improving operational processes to ensure that the department functions smoothly and efficiently.
