We’re looking for a confident and capable Conference and Events Officer to join our small but mighty team. This is a new role, created to support our expanding training and events programme, and it’s an exciting time to come on board. You’ll be at the heart of event delivery, from shaping engaging programmes to managing logistics and making sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Working closely with our Executive Director, you’ll manage our annual conference, the UK’s biggest cross-sector evaluation event, and support a varied schedule of training, webinars, and in-person and virtual workshops and events across the year.
Why join us?
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative, friendly, and ambitious team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and pulls together to make things happen. We’re passionate about what we do, and we have fun doing it! This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, shape meaningful events, and contribute to a mission that matters.

It’s a role where you can get properly involved, shape how things are done, and see the impact of your work.
