The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Swim School Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the swim school, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all swimmers on the scheme. This role involves managing staff, coordinating swim programs, maintaining high-quality instruction standards, and driving business growth through excellent customer service and operational excellence.
They will contribute to the Facilities Improvement Plan, focusing on growth and income opportunities, while collaborating with the Business Development team to promote programmes and fill spaces. The role also involves managing the upkeep of the swimming pool, developing operational procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and handling customer enquiries and financial records.

Work pattern: Part time (30 hours)
Shift pattern: 5/7 days including Saturdays
