Goodenough College, based in Central London, Mecklenburgh Square, offers a vibrant and secure accommodation to approximately 700 international post-graduate students and their families. The College’s aim is to create a stimulating and inclusive residential environment through a well planned programme of lectures, dinners, concerts and social activities.
The College is currently looking for an experienced and proactive PA to the College Director.
Key responsibilities include meticulous diary management and travel arrangement, processing invoices and expenses, drafting and writing correspondences, preparing and collating meeting and Board papers and playing a key role in governance by supporting the Board of Trustees and committee meetings by maintaining accurate and timely record keeping.
The role also includes supervising and attending some College events when required and leading the front office team to deliver a professional and welcoming environment.
This role offers the option to work from home one day a week.
