We have five vacancies within our Student Centre team based across our 3 main campuses, Cavendish, Harrow and Marylebone.
The posts are positioned within the Student Centre team delivering first line support for most of the university's student services.
The post holder will enjoy working on busy service points and answering customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online. They will appreciate working in a dynamic and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills. The successful candidates will have previous experience in customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and information handling skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of several teams.
Successful candidates will be mainly based at the listed campus but will be expected to work shifts at all sites as and when required. Please state in order of preference which vacancies you are applying for.
