At the core of the NGPD theme is a bioinformatics team, comprising 4 bioinformaticians, which you will lead, under the supervision of Prof David Wedge. Collectively, the team has expertise in the analysis of multilevel omic and imaging data; data integration and machine learning; and risk prediction. This expertise is being used to study key disease areas including fibrosis, eye disease and cancer.
