We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Public Health Programmes Administrator to provide assistance in the smooth running of business operations for the Public Health Practitioner Workforce Development Programme (PHPWDP), Yorkshire and the Humber within Leeds Institute of Medical Education that forms part of the Faculty of Medicine & Health.
Supporting administrative arrangements, you will work primarily in the Public Health Practitioner Workforce Development Programme, ensuring general administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. You will be required to develop and maintain key process documentation and responding to emails, arranging meetings and raising purchase order requests. As a proactive member of the Public Health Practitioner Workforce Development Programme Team, you will share good practice to continually improve processes, share workload amongst colleagues and provide cover for other team members across the faculty as required.
You will have experience of systems and processes, gained in a customer service environment or in an administrative role.
