We are currently seeking a Business Support Officer to provide high level administrative and diary management support to the Founding Executive Dean of Medicine, Director of Undergraduate Medicine and School of Medicine Senior Management Team.
The successful candidate will also lead and co-ordinate appropriate projects, applying project methodology to ensure effective delivery for the University and support the School of Medicine Faculty Committees acting as secretary to relevant committees.
As the successful candidate you will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite. We are looking for a self-starter who will be able to use their own initiative. You will have a proven ability to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines in a pressurised environment, whilst working confidentially and sensitively. Experience of providing administrative/ secretarial duties to support multiple stakeholders, including note taking and diary management are essential.
