The TITAN Hub and The LiFi Research and Development Centre (LRDC) are based within the Department of Engineering's Electrical Engineering Division in West Cambridge. The LRDC is a leading research group specialising in LiFi and optical wireless communications. The LRDC partners with leading universities, research institutions, government and industry across the UK and around the world. Through research projects, consortia such as the telecoms hub TITAN and collaborations with industry partners, we combine our experience, knowledge and expertise to address complex problems and drive growth.
We are looking for an administrator to join the Centre, who will assist with a variety of administrative duties to support the TITAN/LRDC team.
The role requires an individual who is educated to HND/HNC level, level 4/5 vocational qualifications or have an equivalent level of experience. You will be an experienced user of Microsoft Office, have excellent organisational skills and are able to prioritise your work. Previous administrative experience, ideally gained within a similar role in the University, is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential pre-requisites for this role.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 31 March 2026 in the first instance.
