Role Summary:
Kooth is a leading digital mental health provider, committed to accessible, effective, and person-centred care. As part of our mission to set a new standard in digital mental health education, we’re seeking a competent, clinical academic to join as Deputy Head of Clinical Education and Development. This role is ideally suited to someone who brings both frontline mental health experience and a solid grounding in academic rigour, curriculum structure, and evidence-informed learning design. More than clinical training alone, we’re looking for someone who can embed educational quality, drive validation processes, and contribute meaningfully to the development of our internal learning pathways and future accreditation ambitions.
This is an exciting leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of clinical practice, education, outcomes, and innovation.
