As a result of internal promotions we are looking for a well-organised, highly IT literate individual to provide administrative support to the placements team.
You will join a successful and friendly team and be responsible for providing an efficient and effective service to students, employer partners and staff.
About us
The placements team support nearly 1000 different placements, exchanges and consultancy projects each year, and the administrators are a vital part of the team's activities.
Among other responsibilities they manage a number of shared mailboxes and ensure all required documentation and assessment is completed by students and employers.
They also ensure databases and other data records are completed accurately.
