About the role
Under the guidance of the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading on the delivery and continuous development of a customer focused, cost effective and efficient International Recruitment service in line with the needs of this area.
You will be responsible for recruiting international students for study on University of Plymouth courses. You will be directed to undertake visits or activities in a region or territory as part of the University’s overall recruitment presence. In addition, you may also be expected to support tasks related directly to international recruitment, or indirectly to more general international marketing to attract more International students. Activities to be undertaken will include attendance at recruitment fairs and events, developing good working relationships with agents, visits to partner institutions etc.
As part of your role you will identify where possible opportunities to establish articulation and progression partnerships, in conjunction with the Regional Manager, Head of International Partnerships and the Global Opportunities Manager whilst also developing and maintaining existing partnership relationships and relationships with agents, articulation partners and other key stakeholders within the University and your international region.
You will be expected to travel overseas on a regular basis and potentiually up to 17 weeks per year.
There is an essential requirement within these roles that you will be required to travel to and work at different University sites and/or other business locations that may not be easily accessible by public transport. Please refer to the job description for further information.
These are full-time positions working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
For these roles, you will need to be on site 4 days a week. Although we can acommodate working from home for these roles, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
