Arcadia Abroad (based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA) provides over 100 study abroad programs in 10 countries to students from over 300 institutions of higher learning in the United States. Currently, the University is ranked #1 in the USA for the number of students that study abroad through its short-term, summer, semester and full-year programs. With over 30 programs offered at UK universities, in addition to its London Centre, the College of Global Studies offers a diverse range of study abroad options, including first year programming, internships, and undergraduate research opportunities. Arcadia's London Centre is based in Bloomsbury where classes, academic programs, student life services and other forms of comprehensive support are offered to participating students.
Job Outline
The Senior Student Services Officer - Health and Wellbeing, works closely with the Deputy Director of the London Center, to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive programme of student support in the areas of health, safety and wellbeing. The postholder also offers support and best practice guidance in these areas to other Center staff interacting with students.
The role is a full-time post. Due to the nature of the role, occasional unsociable hours, including some evenings and weekends, will be required to be worked to support students. Arcadia London operates a hybrid working policy to enable staff to work from home as work allows.

The post will require the candidate to fulfil occasional on-call duties as part of a staff rota as well as participating in occasional out of hours activities in the evenings and weekends.
