The Department of Culture, Communication and Media (CCM) is a department of IOE, UCL’s Faculty of Education and Society. It is committed to excellence in teaching, research and consultancy in the areas of: Communication and Media Studies; Applied Linguistics; Multimodality studies; Language Learning and Intercultural Communication; Learning with Digital Technologies; Art; Design and Museology; Music Education; Academic writing; English education.
You will be based at the UCL Knowledge Lab and will support technical needs for users and research activities in the media production studio, the spatial computing lab, and the sustainability lab. You will work closely with the programme teams and other researchers at the UCL Knowledge Lab and collaborate with other teams.

Educated to degree level in a relevant subject and/or significant relevant experience in a technical media role.
Proven technical skills with experience of understanding and balancing the multiple user requirements of media production and teaching services, and ability to provide a seamless service for all stakeholders.
