ICMP delivers innovative undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including specialisations in Electronic Music Production, Live Event Management, and Music Marketing.

Requirements

Collaborative Partnership Manager 

Location: ICMP Kilburn and Queen’s Park Campus. Onsite presence is required. 

Contract Type: Full-time- 37 hours per week

Salary: Up to £59,939 per annum based on experience

Closing Date: Sunday, 17th August 2025

Interview Dates: w/c 25th August 2025

About the Role

The Collaborative Partnerships Manager will lead on all operational aspects of academic partnership management, ensuring all due diligence requirements, compliance with quality standards and OfS expectations, annual monitoring and reporting, periodic review, supporting the student lifecycle, and maintaining key academic partnership infrastructure. The Collaborative Partnerships Manager also supports the Academic Registrar and Principal in the strategic development of and ADE UK’s academic partnership portfolio.   

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead on the implementation and development of AD Education UK’s Collaborative Provision.  
  • Maintain the partnership register and repository of records, templates and documentation.  
  • Develop, maintain and review MOUs, contracts or partnership agreements ensuring compliance with ADE UK policies and external regulatory frameworks.  
  • Coordinate due diligence processes, validation and periodic review of collaborative programmes.  
  • Design and update template and processes to meet evolving partnership needs.  
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of ADE UK’s collaborative provisions strategy.  
  • Troubleshoot operational queries, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.  
  • To build and maintain strong relationships between partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring that each party commits to and delivers on shared objectives.  
  • To deliver training and support to academic and professional service staff involved in collaborative programmes.  accordance with ADE UK policies.
