This role is focused on developing international student enrolments and promoting two of our flagship institutions: Adcote School for Girls and Myddelton College.
Position Summary
The International Student Recruitment Manager is a leadership position responsible for driving the international enrolment strategy across targeted markets. The Manager will lead strategic planning, market development, agent and partner engagement, and the design of international programmes.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring leadership in global recruitment while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, admissions, and academic teams. The Manager will work closely with the CEO and be accountable for achieving revenue and enrolment targets, with performance formally reviewed four times per year.
