Rose Bruford College is looking for a committed and knowledgeable Disability Support Officer to join our Student Life team. You will play a vital role in supporting students with disabilities, long-term health conditions and specific learning differences (SpLDs) - helping remove barriers to learning and ensuring they receive the adjustments and support they need to succeed.
You will work closely with students, academic teams, external agencies and professional services to develop Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), implement reasonable adjustments, and guide students through the Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) process. You’ll also contribute to the College’s Access and Participation Plan by developing projects and activities that promote inclusion and belonging for disabled and neurodivergent students.
