Are you an enthusiastic, resilient, and committed HR professional looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and people-focused individual to join our People & Organisational Development (POD) team at Trinity Laban.

Our POD team consists of five dedicated professionals, delivering high-quality HR services across the organisation. Led by the Head of People & OD, the team plays a vital role in supporting the Conservatoire’s strategic and operational goals.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Creative and solutions focused – able to think innovatively and respond flexibly to changing situations
  • Curious – with a passion for continuous improvement and a drive to deliver exceptional service
  • Customer focused – able to provide clear, confident advice in a friendly and professional manner

As a People Services Advisor, you will provide front-line support and guidance to both staff and managers on a wide range of HR matters. You'll be the first point of contact for People Services queries, responding via in-person meetings, MS Teams, phone, and email. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will help you build strong working relationships across the organisation.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a responsive and efficient advisory service to managers and staff
  • Supporting the application and development of HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with employee relations issues, including case management
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems and records accurately

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience working in a busy HR environment
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
  • Experience advising on employee relations issues
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
