Based in the Organisational and Staff Development (OSD) team, this new role will develop a framework of support for staff moving into a new Hub structure, leading on a wide range of learning and development interventions including training and skills development, culture change, supporting the establishment of new ways of working and the creation and delivery of Communities of Practice. The role will include design and delivery of a range of training focused on customer service, collaboration, and continuous improvement, as well as team building interventions and business change support. In addition, they will be an opportunity to contribute to the wider OSD function, providing support where required to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality staff development initiatives across the University, leading small projects in this area and providing advice and guidance to various staff communities.
