Summary of the role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Administrator and Personal Assistant to join the Nature and Climate Impact Team for Accelerating Action on Nature and Climate, led by Professor Gail Whiteman, the inaugural Hoffmann Impact Professor for Nature and Climate. The team is fast-paced, ambitious, and focused on turning evidence into action—working across research, policy, and industry to drive system-wide change on climate and nature before the end of the decade.

This role provides essential day-to-day support to the Hoffmann Impact Professor and the wider team, helping to coordinate activity across key sectors including food, digital technologies, consumer goods, and communications. You’ll be responsible for diary and travel management, supporting project delivery, handling internal and external communications, organising events, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

You’ll play a key role in helping the team function effectively supporting collaboration with external partners, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable juggling competing priorities, and enjoys working as part of a mission-driven team committed to making a difference.

If you want to turbocharge support for low carbon and nature-positive action, by building science-informed impact pathways in key target industry sectors, please apply.
