An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Data Governance to join the University. Working within the Digital and Technical Services Directorate (DTS), you will report to the Head of Data Governance.
The Data Governance Analyst will be part of the data governance team working on initiatives like data cataloguing, data quality, data classification etc. The role will be central to the success of the University’s Data Management and Integrations Strategy ensuring usage and adoption of the data and metadata of our critical data assets.
BNU is at the beginning of this journey, so there will be the opportunity to help define the organisation’s data governance approach. They will work closely with the other data capabilities and broader business, supporting, challenging, and championing data and analytics for better decision making and to assure that statutory and external reporting requirements and standards are met.
