About You
As our Technical Demonstrator TV Studio, your key responsibilities will be to deliver engaging demonstrations of live broadcast technologies, support practical teaching in Film, Television, and related disciplines, and ensure the smooth setup, operation, and maintenance of studio equipment. You will provide technical guidance during live productions, collaborate with academic teams to align resources with curriculum needs, and promote interdisciplinary use of studio facilities across the University.
About the Role
- A suitable and appropriate qualification in a relevant technical discipline
- Significant practical experience in a commercial Television or Educational Setting
- Teaching or demonstration experience in higher education
- Relevant teaching qualification

- Please note that evening and weekend working will be required for this role. The arrangement of working hours will be agreed in advance with the line manager.
