The Opportunity
This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Admissions in role focused on driving data-informed decision-making. The position is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to marketing and admissions activities. With a strong emphasis on strategy, the role involves developing and implementing data-driven approaches to optimize marketing campaigns, refine the student recruitment process, and generate meaningful insights into student demographics and preferences. It’s an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the institution through impactful analysis and strategic support. About you
You are a data-driven Marketing Analyst with strong commercial awareness and proven experience in D2C environments using paid media channels. Highly numerate and confident with large datasets, you excel at identifying trends and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’re skilled in statistical analysis and analytical tools, with excellent communication skills that allow you to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. With a degree in a relevant field and flexibility to travel across sites, you bring both technical expertise and strategic thinking to support impactful marketing decisions.
