About the Role
The School of Environment and Society are pleased to announce that we are seeking an exceptional individual to take up the role of Education and Quality Officer.
The role is an integral part of the provision of a high-level, professional and comprehensive UG and PGT student support within the School and will form part of the School’s student support provision, providing data on student engagement with a view to ensuring that the School is delivering optimal levels of support to maintain high levels of student engagement and retention.
The postholder will be a part of the professional Services team in the School. They will play an active role in developing and delivering the activities of the School.
About You
You will work with the Education and Quality Manager, Education Quality and Student Experience Manager and Directors of Education to support students and staff in the areas of Education and Quality.
Working as part of the Education Team you will work on the administration of the education and quality processes.
The postholder will also act as liaison for student feedback on all aspects of their experience of teaching and learning in the School.

The School of Environment and Society at Queen Mary University of London is made up of three academic departments, History, Geography and International Relations departments. The School has been newly formed and has circa 150 academic staff. It is home to a highly diverse cohort of students and offers a broad-ranging and methodologically plural curriculum in all three academic departments.
