About the role
We are seeking a full-time Academic Experience Coordinator to join the Academic Experience team within the Faculty of Media, Arts & Humanities.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy and developing unit. The successful candidate will require excellent organisational and IT skills and will be able to demonstrate that they can work well as part of a team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, dealing with staff/student enquiries, maintaining accurate curriculum and assessment information, engagement monitoring, supporting meetings, minute/note taking and supporting examination processes.
About you
The post-holder will support key processes in the remit of curriculum management and academic experience, supporting the work of the Academic Experience Officers and the Assessment and Student Experience leads.
Initiative, flexibility and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, are essential. A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages is also important. Experience of working in HE academic administration would be an advantage.
