Our Professional Services team partners with our Higher Education clients to ensure positive outcomes and mutual growth. We assist Higher Education clients in managing their SITS products and services, helping them to fully leverage the platform's capabilities.
Our SITS:Vision product is a comprehensive Student Information System designed for higher education institutions. It helps manage various aspects of the student journey, from recruitment and admissions to student support, retention, and outcomes.
Tribal’s success is driven by the achievements of our customers, and our new Higher Education Full Service Customer partnership allows us to enhance and redefine these relationships. The HE Principal Consultant (Team Lead) plays a key role in this success, leading a team of experienced and dedicated consultants.
In this pivotal position, the Principal Consultant (Team Lead) remains attuned to both internal developments and external industry trends, ensuring that team priorities are well-defined, effectively managed, and closely aligned with the broader company and HE Services objectives.
The role is remote with the need to travel as required.
