About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic Project Manager to manage and coordinate the successful delivery of our equality charters. The role will ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the development, monitoring and implementation of action plans and will coordinate self-assessments which evaluate the experiences of our university community. Our equality charters are managed as university wide, long-term projects.
You will be a welcomed member of our Reward, Recognition and Inclusion Team, working in partnership with key stakeholders from across the University. Leading the planning and delivery of specified, complex projects, including collaborative action planning, monitoring, analysis and reporting and ensuring that risks and issues are managed effectively. A primary focus will be to ensure that the required charter outputs are produced to a high standard.

You will be a positive and proactive problem solver and able to manage conflicting priorities. You will be a strong team player and dynamic and agile in your approach. Your ability to engage with stakeholders and maintain relationships across the projects will be essential. You will have a skill level equivalent to achievement of HND, Degree, NVQ4 or basic professional qualification. Proven project management skills to include knowledge and experience of project management techniques and tools.
