About the Role

This new role will lead the delivery of Oxford’s Building Information Modelling (BIM) philosophy and digital asset data strategy across capital projects and estates operations.

You will champion the use of our Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar) and drive data quality, model compliance, and integration with operational systems.

You will support digital project delivery and the University's Smart Campus initiatives, integrating spatial and sensor data to enhance building performance, space use, and user experience.

From creating Power BI dashboards to defining asset information requirements and training stakeholders in best practice, this is a highly collaborative and influential role - perfect for someone looking to make a real impact in digital estates management.

About You

You will be someone who:

  • Has practical experience leading BIM implementation across construction projects, aligned to ISO 19650
  • Understands Autodesk Revit and CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud)
  • Can develop data dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to support reporting and insight
  • Has strong skills in managing asset data and ensuring quality, compliance, and integration
  • Can build trusted relationships with stakeholders and communicate technical information clearly

This role meets the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa. The University will meet the cost of the Skilled Worker visa and NHS surcharge for applicants that require a visa.
