You will provide administrative support to the Planning and Business Support Manager and Leadership within Marketing and Communications as required. This may include report compilation, spreadsheets, and database work, preparing presentations and the creation of general correspondence.

You will monitor and provide a high standard of customer service, dealing effectively with queries from students, staff and externals received through group mailboxes, online platforms, over the phone, and in person. You will be acting as a point of contact for the department from external contacts, and student ambassadors.

You will be working in the central Business Support team, however you will have a wide range of contacts within the department, and across the University. In addition, you will be assisting at key University events throughout the year (such as open days).
