An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy ITCS Service Desk as a Team Leader on a fixed term basis.
You will be responsible for leading a team of IT Service Desk Advisers who are the public face of our busy IT Service, providing IT support services to UEA students, staff and visitors. Duties will include managing the day-to-day planning and prioritisation of team workloads, ensuring the quality and timeliness of the delivery of IT support and leading your team through a period of change within ITCS.
You will have a passion for developing your team to reach its full potential and ensuring they have the right knowledge, skills and experience to provide first class customer service. A continuous service improvement ethos, line management experience and demonstrable experience of working in a service delivery team are essential.
This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed-term basis until 31 July 2026.
This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be expected to attend campus a minimum of 3 days per week.
