Aston University is looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Marketing Systems Officer to support the use of Microsoft Dynamics and other systems for our Marketing Department.
In this key role, you’ll be part of a centre of excellence for CRM across the University, working closely with colleagues in marketing, admissions, and recruitment to design, implement, and optimise communication journeys from enquiry to enrolment. You’ll support consistent CRM usage, campaign performance, data-driven insights, and the continuous enhancement of our student engagement activity.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in CRM systems, ideally within Higher Education. You’ll need excellent communication skills, a good understanding of CRM platforms (particularly Dynamics 365 and Gecko), and the ability to collaborate across a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
