We require a full time, permanent Senior Recruitment Officer (South Wales) to support our Marketing & Recruitment division.
The purpose of this role is to take specific responsibility for developing and delivering recruitment plans targeting specific geographic areas, primarily within South Wales and support the delivery of the University’s ambitions to grow undergraduate student numbers. Making the best use of data and insights, the postholder will be expected to take a multi-channel approach to schools’ engagement. This will therefore be a dynamic role, combining office-based and face-to-face recruitment as well as student engagement activities. The postholder will be innovative and highly creative, with ambition who wants to make a real difference to student recruitment at Bangor University. They will have very strong people skills to enable them to engage with prospective students, build strategic partnerships externally and work collaboratively internally, ensuring everything they do compliments the recruitment and marketing work of the rest of the University.
The successful candidate will have a Degree or equivalent with experience of student recruitment in Higher Education.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post.

Subject to discussion this post can be based in South Wales or on our Bangor Campus. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
