SP Jain London School of Management (SPJL) is a new OfS-registered Business school, which started operations in October 2023. The state-of-the-art campus is located in Canary Wharf.

Receptionist/Academic Administrator:

SPJL is seeking an enthusiastic, well-organised, good communicator as our Receptionist/Academic Administrator. This is a good opportunity if you are seeking to develop a career in higher education administration and wish to work with students.  You will be the first point of contact for all students and visitors to the campus, manage building access and the booking system and support health, safety, and security procedures as required. You will also provide administrative support to the Registry and academic staff.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for greeting and advising guests and students and answering queries related to SPJUK by phone email and in person.  In terms of academic administration, you will support Registry functions such as Orientation, student attendance and student records. as well as supporting key academic staff. 

Profile requirements 

You will need to be proactive, enthusiastic and well-organised with excellent communication skills, alongside MS Office skills, and the ability to work with and adapt to IT systems. 

You will be self-reliant with a flexible ‘can-do’ approach in order to undertake the work required for a start-up Higher Education institution.  You will be committed to continuous improvement and delivering an excellent student experience. 

SPJL is innovative and looks to recruit individuals with strong professional expertise combined with integrity. We are offering a competitive salary, a flexible benefits package including a discretionary performance bonus scheme of up to 15% of your annual salary.
