In this collaborative role, you'll coordinate scheduling activities, liaise with academic and professional services teams, and support the resolution of complex timetabling issues. You will have experience in successful timetabling operations, preferably in an organisation on comparable size and complexity and of utilising timetabling systems. Experience of undertaking large scale data gathering and analysing data to present to a range of audiences. Experience of developing and evaluating processes and preparing an action plan from start to finish. You will have experience of both working independently and as part of a team and of supervising staff, however experience of previous formal line management is not expected. You will be able to inspire and motivate staff and have excellent communication skills which allow you to build relationships across teams and with staff of all levels.
You will have excellent organisational skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy and be able to balance competing demands alongside managing the expectations of a range of stakeholders.
