Job purpose
Bangor University International College is an embedded International College operated by Oxford International in partnership with Bangor University. BUIC provides integrated programmes at a college situated within the university campus. These programmes prepare international students for the next stage of their bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Bangor University and contain modules to develop their English language and study skills as well as academic modules. BUIC has been operating since 2016 and is looking to recruit a Psychology Tutor.
Tutors deliver lessons that prepare students fully for their participation in their university programme. The lessons adopt an interactive, student-centred approach that makes full use of the latest technology to provide students with a varied, lively and purposeful experience.
The post requires the incumbent to deliver modules, in part and fully, that could be across a range of the College’s programmes - International Year Zero (Level 3), International Year One (Level 4) and International Incorporated Master’s (Level 6).
