We are now looking to recruit a Catering Facilitator to join us to support the Catering Manager in the running of our newly renovated Bistro and Enterprise outlets, ensuring staff and students have access to appropriate equipment, materials and resources in lessons and that health and safety policies and procedures are in place and adhered to. You will also support the Catering Manager in the general duties associated with the food production and catering provision.
Candidates should hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Professional Cookery or similar coupled with a Level 2 food hygiene certificate (or a willingness to work towards this). You will have a wide range of cooking abilities and knowledge and have previous experience of working within an education setting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships is also essential.
This is a part-time role for 35 hours per week, term-time only.
