This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
Reporting to the Head of Multimedia Design & Print Services, you will collaborate with Communications and Campaigns colleagues to produce high-quality photography and video for conferences, research events, sports fixtures, news stories, and other projects aligned with the University’s brand and strategic objectives.
With strong technical skills and a sharp eye for detail, you will create engaging visual content for web, social media, and internal channels whilst overseeing the management of the University’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) library and film repository. This includes ensuring accurate, compliant uploads with appropriate metadata, consent records, and accessibility considerations, as well as organising, categorising, and tagging assets to optimise discoverability, maintain brand consistency, and support effective use across communication channels.
