Summary of the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Learning Experience Developer to lead and coordinate a high-profile academic collaboration with an international partner university based in the Middle East. This project involves the transfer, adaptation, and enhancement of a BSc Geology curriculum from the University of Exeter to its new institutional and geographic context. This post will manage a small team of Graduate Learning Experience Developers and will play a key leadership role in curriculum transfer, project delivery, and stakeholder liaison. It offers a unique opportunity to apply strategic, pedagogical, and digital expertise in a cross-cultural setting and to contribute to the University�s international education strategy. The role is based within the Learning Development Team (LXI) and closely aligned with academic leads in the Camborne School of Mines. The post holder is expected to work on the Penryn Campus for part of the working week.
