sparqs is a charity funded by the Scottish Funding Council to work with Scotland's university and college sectors. Within this newly created post you will provide leadership across a range of exciting projects including the development of student partnership within a new tertiary quality enhancement framework, embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion in learning and teaching, and supporting effective learner journeys.
You will have a commitment to championing the role of students in delivering improvements to college and university life and proven skills in developing effective project and operational plans, managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, strong team leadership, and effective political judgement. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead in a values-based organisation working alongside the Director to ensure sparqs continues to innovate and achieve ambitious goals.
