If so, we are seeking an Outdoor Sports Facilities Manager able to bring the commitment, flexibility, and dedication essential to ensure the highest levels of delivery and customer service, ensuring a first class and welcoming environment to students and the wider community at all times.
Working on a rota basis, you will, be responsible for motivating, leading and co-ordinating a shared team of staff; ensuring sector leading standards of housekeeping, maintenance; health and safety, operational and quality management systems and the delivery of the university sporting and events programmes.
You should have ISRM/C and G Higher Professional Diploma or ISRM Sport and Recreation Management Certificate or equivalent work experience.
You will be experienced in sports facility operation and events delivery and motivating teams to achieve planned targets and objectives related to facility management, customer service and income generation.

Candidates will need to be flexible in their approach to their working week, noting that evening, weekend, and work over public holidays will be required. Core hours of operation are 6:30am to 11:00pm.
This position is a permanent, full-time role (averaging 36.25 hours per week) working on a rotational shift pattern.
