The Opportunity
The University of Dundee is seeking a leader to take on the role of Head of Partnering and Change. You will lead the People Partnering and Change function, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and delivering major organisational change programmes that shape leadership, culture, and performance across the University.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
You should have extensive experience advising senior leaders in large, complex organisations, with a strong track record of leading people change programmes that deliver measurable impact. You will bring expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, organisational design, and change management, alongside excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Experience within higher education or other unionised sectors would be beneficial, as would professional qualifications in HR or change (CIPD, PRINCE2, Prosci). Knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven workforce planning would also be an advantage.
More About the Role
As Head of Partnering and Change, you will provide visible leadership across the Partnering function, ensuring people strategies are embedded and organisational change is delivered effectively. Working closely with the Director of People, you will help shape the University’s future by strengthening leadership, enabling change, and ensuring people remain at the centre of decision-making.
