This is a great opportunity for those pursuing a career in Business Administration. If you have strong administrative skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, we have several positions available.
You’ll join a busy team delivering high-quality, accurate, proactive support to students and staff. The role involves handling sensitive student data accurately, meeting deadlines, and managing your own workload while contributing to team goals.
Candidates should have a good standard of secondary education or relevant experience, along with strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Your contribution will help enhance the student experience and drive continuous service improvement.
There are five posts available immediately. Two posts are available on an indefinite full-time basis and two on an indefinite part-time (0.4 FTE/14.5 hours per week) basis. The fifth post is available on a full-time basis for a fixed term period of up to 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave. Please ensure you state in your application whether you are interested in a full-time or part-time post.
UEA offers a variety of flexible working options and although this role is advertised on a full-time basis, we encourage applications from individuals who would prefer a flexible working pattern including annualised hours, compressed working hours, part time, job share, term-time only and/or hybrid working. Details of preferred hours should be stated in the personal statement and will be discussed further at interview.
Further information on our great benefits package, including 34 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays and additional University Customary days (pro rata for part-time), can be found on our benefits page.
Please note the job advert for this post will close once we receive sufficient applications from suitable candidates. We therefore recommend you apply as soon as possible. Your completed application will be reviewed once received and interviews for successful candidates will take place on campus. It is anticipated that the next round of interviews will take place mid-October 2025 and successful candidates will be notified via email of the interview time and details.
