About the role
This role will assist the Operations Manager in delivering high operational standards throughout the University of Exeter Sports Office, ensuring it is run in an efficient and professional manner. As well as being responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the facility.
About you
You’ll be a proactive and reliable team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Confident in leading and motivating staff, you’ll bring strong communication skills, a flexible approach to shift work, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. With experience in the leisure or sports industry, you’ll have an eye for detail, a hands-on approach, and the enthusiasm to help create a welcoming, safe, and high-quality environment for all users.
