The IICL Birmingham Campus is currently looking for an Hourly Paid Lecturer to teach on weekdays. We welcome applicants with this availability to support the campus in the week. The delivery will be face-to-face on campus.
-THE ROLE-
The post holder will be required to devise a range of teaching and assessment materials, covering several modules and subject areas and may lead on modules and programmes and in particular: Strategic Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management and Project Management.
Main duties will include:
• Deliver teaching, learning and assessments, as well as provide support to students
• Deliver teaching and learning strategies in a variety of contexts using appropriate and engaging teaching and learning styles
• Be involved in the design and development of high-quality teaching and learning material
• Supervise the work of students in a timely, professional and supportive manner, providing necessary advice on study skills, research methods, assessment and dissertation work.
• Offer appropriate feedback, support, and encouragement to students to ensure a high-quality student experience.

This role has flexible hours across the weekday only. Hours are allocated prior to each term based on the HPL's availability and the Campus's timetabling needs.
