We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual who will support the delivery of clinical skills and simulation teaching across undergraduate and post graduate health and social care programmes and take responsibility for ensuring the clinical simulation suites are prepared for teaching sessions.
This post is based at Wheeler Building, Chester. However, there is a requirement to travel to all Faculty of Health, Medicine and Society education centres. The faculty delivers health and social care education at three University centres, Birkenhead, Warrington and Chester. Due to the nature of the role staff are required to work from one of our sites.
We are looking for a candidate who has excellent organisational, IT and communication skills. Part of this role will be to use and support the use of technology so a willingness to learn new digital skills is essential. Previous experience of working in a clinical skill simulated environment is desirable although not essential as full training will be provided. A job share or internal secondment will be considered for this post.
The successful candidate should possess a minimum of five GCSE’s and hold an appropriate level 3 qualification (e.g. A/AS Levels, Access to HE level 3 diploma etc.).
